It has been almost two years and all of us have never eaten so often at home before the Covid-19 pandemic! The initial eat-ins, then take-aways and after our appetites waned, we attempted to be chefs wannabes and eventually end up humbly dishing out simple appetizing dishes for everyone at home.

And just when we prayed that it is coming to an end, we were told of upcoming booster shots needed for those new variants. What is going to become of us? When is this whole nightmare coming to an highly anticipated end?

Well, many of us ‘health knows-some-a-bit’ are saying that it ain’t over till it’s over, with some saying that there will be second boosters, and a third, and a fourth, et cetera until such time it’s over. That being speculated, how about we dig in and get ready ourselves for the long haul. We will just have to self-help and improve on our elementary cooking skills?
